Free consultation
We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
Confirmations, reminders and order status updates go out on their own. Orders and requests that arrive by chat land in your system, and your team steps in when a person is needed.
The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
Confirmations and reminders depend on someone remembering.
Someone copies them into the system, and one always gets lost.
Your team spends hours answering the same thing.
What’s included
We connect WhatsApp to the system that holds your orders, inventory and calendar. The repetitive part runs on its own, and your team steps in when judgment is needed.
Confirmations, reminders and order status changes, without sending them by hand.
Orders and requests that arrive by chat are logged, never typed in twice.
An assistant that answers with your actual stock, prices and order status, not generic replies.
Complaints, negotiations or when the customer asks: the chat goes to your team with full context.
Meta’s connection that lets your system send and receive WhatsApp messages.
Messages only go to people who agreed to receive them, and anyone who opts out stops getting them.

Projects
What business owners ask us before getting started.
There are two costs. The first is connecting WhatsApp to your system: an automation can start from about $5,000 MXN, and you get the exact price in writing after the free consultation. The second is what Meta, the company that owns WhatsApp, charges: it bills per delivered message based on the message type and your customer’s country, with a few free exceptions. In the consultation we check which ones apply to you.
It’s Meta’s official connection that lets your system send and receive WhatsApp messages. It isn’t an app: the WhatsApp Business app is for answering by hand from a phone, but it can’t read your orders or send an update when they change. You can use the same number on the app and the API, so your team keeps answering from their phones, though some app features change, such as broadcast lists.
Yes. You can only message people who gave you their number and agreed to receive your messages. The practical way is to ask where you already collect their phone number, like your website form or the order slip. Also, if a customer hasn’t written to you in the last 24 hours, you can only use templates: messages with fixed wording that Meta approves in advance. The system picks the right one in each case.
They shouldn’t. The chatbot handles the repetitive things, like hours, stock, prices or order status, using the data in your system. If there’s a complaint, a negotiation or the customer asks, the conversation goes to a person on your team with full context, so nobody has to ask twice.
If it makes sense, yes. It can run on rules, like a menu of options, or use AI to understand questions written in the customer’s own words. Either way, it answers with your business’s information. If it uses AI, the AI provider charges for its usage separately from what Meta charges for messages.
Yes. A new order can go straight to the supplier or the team that fulfills it. At TramitesLegalesMX, every order reaches the right supplier over WhatsApp automatically.
