How we work with you, with everything in writing.

   Free consultation

   A 15, 25 or 45-minute video call, or an in-person meeting in the Bajío region, to understand how your company works and tell you what to fix first. It doesn’t commit you to anything, and what you share stays confidential even if we never end up working together.

2. 02

   Written proposal

   If it makes sense to move forward, we send you the scope, the stages, the price of each stage, estimated delivery dates and how to pay. The proposal states clearly whether prices include VAT, and its prices and dates are valid for 30 calendar days unless it says otherwise.

3. 03

   Kickoff

   You confirm the proposal in writing (an email or a WhatsApp message is enough) and make the first payment. With that, the proposal is accepted.

4. 04

   Building in stages

   Each stage has its own scope, price and delivery date, and you can use what it delivers as soon as it’s done. If you ask for something outside the proposal, we first tell you in writing how it changes the price and dates, and we only do it if you approve.

5. 05

   Review

   When each stage arrives, you have 5 business days to review it and tell us anything that doesn’t match what we agreed; we fix that at no cost. If we don’t hear from you within that time, or you start using it in your operations, the stage is considered accepted.

6. 06

   After delivery

   You get a 60-calendar-day warranty on every delivery. Support, maintenance and new features are agreed in writing, as a new stage or a support plan.

   Choose one process

   Describe who starts it, what information it receives and what it produces. Record the current problem before requesting more features.

2. 02

   Define an acceptance check

   For example: receive a purchase, fulfill an order and confirm that the warehouse balance matches the movements.

3. 03

   Compare the full cost

   Ask separately about development, migration, training, hosting, support, external services and exporting data at the end. Mark exclusions.

Examples are illustrative. Fill in your own data and timings; do not include passwords or personal customer data. Scope, dates and costs are agreed in writing.

• Information and access

  The data, documents, content and access the project needs, in time for each stage.

• Timely answers

  If something is delayed on your side, the dates move. If a project goes more than 30 calendar days without a reply, we may pause it and reschedule based on our availability.

• Timely payments

  Each stage is paid before it starts, unless the proposal says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it arrives, and dates move by the same amount.

• Confidentiality

  We treat as confidential what we learn about your business through the consultation or the project: processes, data, prices, credentials and documents. We share it only with people who need it for the project and are bound by the same duty, and the obligation continues after we finish. If you need one, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start.

• Everyone sees only their part

  In the systems we build, each person signs in with their own user and sees only what they need, every change is logged and the information is backed up.

• Encrypted connections

  Our website and our payments and licensing system run over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to information is limited to the people who need it.

• Your data is yours

  What you enter or generate in your system, such as records, documents and reports, always belongs to you. You can ask us for a full export at any time, including when we finish.
