Unless the proposal says otherwise, each stage is paid before it starts, not the whole project at once.

We have three fixed-price packages with a one-time payment for the build: “Your online presence” at $8,000 MXN, with up to 3 sections, a contact form and a WhatsApp button; “Your site, active and visible” at $10,999 MXN, with up to 6 sections, a blog, SEO (the work that helps you show up on Google) and your Google Business profile set up, so your business appears on Google with its location, hours and phone number; and “Your online store” at $17,999 MXN, with up to 10 sections, online payments and product and inventory management. Hosting, domain, SSL, email, backups and maintenance are included for the first year after launch; before it ends, we tell you what renewing them costs. Delivery takes about one to two weeks depending on the package, counted from when we have all your content. Invoices are available on request.

Yes, and it’s often the smartest move. In the consultation, we pick the process that costs you the most today, such as cold-room inventory, quotes or the orders that come in on WhatsApp, and solve it first. We solve urgent issues within hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. If you later want to add production, collections or a customer portal, it’s added as a new stage, with its price and date in writing, without rebuilding what already works. We move your data over from Excel so nobody starts from scratch.

We fix any defect you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery at no cost. If we need to come to your business to check it, we do. After that period, adjustments and support start at $400 MXN per hour, or we agree on a support plan in writing. You can also end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your data is always yours to export.
