Free consultation
We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
Custom software is a system built around how your company works, not a generic program you have to adapt to. In Aguascalientes, that can mean production control for an automotive supplier, size-by-size orders for a uniform maker, lots and expiration dates for a food company, or inventory across several stores. We’re based in Irapuato, Guanajuato: we travel to Aguascalientes for in-person visits and work with you by video call in between.

The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
Your customer moves quantities and dates every week, and you reshuffle production by hand in a spreadsheet.
Every school or company orders different sizes, colors and embroidery, and turning that into a cutting order takes hours.
You send cut pieces to other workshops and don’t know how many each one has or when they’ll come back.
You don’t know which lot went out with each order or which products are about to expire in the warehouse.
Each store tracks its own inventory and sales, and adding up the day’s totals is somebody’s job.
What’s included
Aguascalientes is home to auto plants and their suppliers, apparel workshops, food companies, distributors and retailers. We build your system around your process and deliver it in stages, starting with what’s most urgent.
Production orders tied to the quantities and dates each customer asks for, with progress at every step.
Uniform or garment orders with their size breakdown, turned into cutting orders automatically.
What went to each sewing shop, how many pieces came back, how many are missing and how much you owe.
Which raw material lot went into each product and which order it shipped on, with alerts for anything about to expire.
Stock at every store and warehouse, transfers between them and company-wide totals, always up to date.
Sales, production, waste and on-time deliveries in Excel or PDF, without merging files.

What business owners ask us before getting started.
We’re a two-founder studio based in Irapuato, Guanajuato, and we travel to Aguascalientes for the meetings worth having in person: getting to know your plant, workshop or store during the consultation, and the major deliveries. In between visits, we work by video call and WhatsApp for progress reviews, questions and adjustments. Jonathan Perez leads design, product and sales, and Jair Chavez leads the backend (the part of the system you don’t see), infrastructure and security; you always deal with them directly, with no middlemen. The free consultation can start by video call, and we set the visit date there. The written proposal lists the scope, the price of each stage, its dates and which meetings will be in person.
Yes. According to INEGI’s 2024 Economic Census, car and truck manufacturing is the activity that generates the most value added in Aguascalientes, with 32.8% of the state total in 2023, and auto parts comes second. And according to the 2023 Institutional Program of the state’s Ministry of Economic Development, Science and Technology, at least 150 local business owners supply that chain with products that don’t go into the car, such as machinery, spare parts, auxiliary materials, industrial cafeterias and professional services. For them, we build production orders tied to each customer’s delivery schedule, materials inventory, lot traceability and on-time delivery reports. For reference, see Polymer, the system we built for Sumiplas, a plastic bag factory: production, inventory, staff and customers in one system aligned with ISO 9001.
Yes. The same state program counts textiles and apparel among Aguascalientes’s strategic sectors, and says the industry has grown stronger through companies that make their own products, such as household linens, or products for export, such as school and industrial uniforms. For them, we build orders by style, size and color that turn into cutting orders; the fabric, thread and trims each order needs; progress at each step, from cutting to sewing, embroidery, finishing and packing; and tracking for outside sewing shops: what went to each one, how many pieces came back and how much you owe them. If you deliver by school or by plant, each partial delivery is logged with the signature of whoever receives it.
That works too. According to INEGI’s 2024 Economic Census, the food industry generates the second-most value added among Aguascalientes’s manufacturing industries, behind only transportation equipment. In food, lots are what matter most: the system records which raw material lot went into each production run, with its expiration date, and has you ship whatever expires first. If a lot has to be recalled, you know within minutes which customers received it. It also handles recipes or formulas that deduct ingredients automatically, distributor orders, and waste by line or by shift. In Polymer, Sumiplas’s system, the performance and waste analysis shows where material is being lost.
Yes. For retailers, we have Ventrack, our own point-of-sale system: it keeps ringing up sales even if the internet goes down, tracks inventory at each location, prints labels and barcodes, and connects an online store to the same inventory. If you need something more tailored, we build it: Matilda, an artisan bakery with several locations, now takes online orders by location, for pickup or home delivery, and rewards its customers with a loyalty club and gift cards. For distributors and wholesalers, we build ordering with customer-specific prices, delivery routes and collections.
It depends on how many processes you want to cover. A single module, such as outside workshop tracking or lots and expiration dates, can start from about $5,000 MXN. A larger project, such as connected orders, production and inventory, from about $15,000 MXN. A complete system with traceability, multiple stores and reports, from about $25,000 MXN, paid in stages. Adjustments and support start at $400 MXN per hour. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation.
We solve urgent issues within hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. Large systems are delivered in stages, each with its date in writing, and progress reviews can happen by video call, so distance doesn’t hold up deliveries. We fix any defect you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery at no cost. You can also end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your data is always yours to export.
