Frequently asked questions
At the prices Odoo publishes for Mexico, checked on October 4, 2026, and billed yearly, the Standard plan costs $180 MXN per user per month the first year and $228 after that, plus VAT (IVA). For 10 users that’s $21,600 MXN the first year and $27,360 MXN each year after, before VAT and implementation. The Custom plan costs $330 the first year and $410 after that. Odoo says the first-year price is a discount that lasts 12 months.
According to its pricing page, the paid plans include every app, along with hosting, daily backups, updates and support. Implementation is extra: analyzing your operation, configuring, importing your data, customizing and training your team. Odoo sells packs of 4 to 200 consulting hours that, for new customers, cost from $3,680 MXN to $136,000 MXN plus VAT.
With us, a complete system starts at about $25,000 MXN and is paid in stages; a single module or automation starts at about $5,000 MXN, and adjustments and support start at $400 MXN per hour. There’s usually no per-user license, but there is hosting and maintenance. We give you the exact price in writing after the free consultation.
