We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
We review your systems, accounts and settings, then tell you which risks we found and what to fix first. That way you know who gets into each system, you can remove access from anyone who no longer needs it, and you can recover your accounts without depending on an employee or a vendor.

The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
Former employees, agencies or vendors who may still have access to your accounts.
Several people use the same account and nobody knows who changed what.
The email or phone number used to recover your accounts belongs to an employee or a vendor.
What’s included
We find and fix risks, sort out who gets into each system and help your team protect information day to day.
We review systems, access and settings within the scope you authorize. You get a report with findings and priorities.
We adjust servers, cloud services and applications to close unnecessary access and fix weak settings.
Accounts and permissions by role: each person sees only what they need, with a clear process when someone joins or leaves.
Besides the password, a code or a physical key to sign in, starting with administrator accounts.
Email, domain, social media and banking, with recovery that doesn’t depend on an employee or a vendor.
Guides and hands-on sessions to protect passwords, spot scam messages and handle sensitive information.

Projects
What business owners ask us before getting started.
We review the systems, accounts and settings we agree on with you, such as servers, cloud services, applications and user permissions. You get a report with what we found, how important each finding is and the order in which to fix them. If you want, we also make the fixes.
Your authorization in writing. The proposal sets out which systems and accounts we review, on what dates and with what access, and we don’t review anything outside that scope. We sign in with our own user and only the permissions the review needs, so you can remove it when we’re done.
It’s normal for the vendor to manage the server. What you need is your own administrator user, a list of who has access, including the vendor’s staff, and the right to export your data, in writing. Accounts that belong to your business, such as email, domain and social media, should stay under its control even if a vendor helps you manage them. At Nightly, your information is always yours, and you can request a full export at any time.
The minimum its task needs, just like any new user: it can read what it needs, asks for approval before changing or sending anything important, and can’t delete or pay. Give it its own user, log every action and decide who can disconnect it. We help you define those permissions before you connect it.
Yes. Security on the Executive Engineers platform followed ISO 27001 standards, the international standard for managing information security, with an ISO 27001 lead implementer in charge of the security strategy. If your company works with that standard, we review and adjust your systems and access with the same criteria. Your company’s certification is granted by a certification body, not by us.
It depends on the scope: how many systems, accounts and people it covers. As a reference, security consulting and support start from $400 MXN per hour, and urgent issues are solved in hours. You get the exact price and dates in writing after the free consultation.
