Custom software in Silao for suppliers, warehouses and logistics.

Custom software is a system built around how your company works, not a generic program you have to adapt to. If you supply a plant, store goods for other companies or move freight out of Puerto Interior in Silao, that can mean inventory by location, shipments with proof of delivery, a portal for your suppliers or customers, and traceability for every lot. We come to your warehouse or plant to see it in person.

The problem

When your Silao business needs a system

If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.

  1. 01

Nobody knows which rack it’s on

The system says the material is there, but nobody knows the aisle, rack or level, and time goes into looking for it.

  2. 02

    Shipments with no trail

The truck leaves and it’s unclear which lots it carried, who loaded it or what time it reached the customer.

  3. 03

    One claim costs you hours

A customer rejects a part, and finding out which material lot it came from means digging through paper and spreadsheets.

  4. 04

    Suppliers who confirm by email

Purchase orders, dates and documents bounce around in email threads, and nobody knows which version is current.

  5. 05

    Customers asking about their goods

If you store goods for other companies, they call you to ask how much they have and what shipped yesterday.

What’s included

Built for the supply chain

If you supply a plant, run a warehouse or move freight in Silao, your system has to answer what your customers ask: which lot, in which location, on which shipment and at what time. We build it around your operation and deliver it in stages, starting with what’s most urgent.

  • Inventory by location

Stock by warehouse, aisle, rack and level, with every receipt, issue and transfer on record.

  • Labels and barcodes

Labels with lot and date at receiving, and scanning from a phone or a barcode reader so picking is error-free.

  • Shipments with proof of delivery

Each shipment with its lots, truck, driver and times, plus proof of delivery with a photo or signature.

  • Supplier and customer portal

Suppliers confirm orders and dates, and customers see their stock and shipments, each with their own login.

  • Lot traceability

Which material lot each part came from and which shipment it left on, with a log of who made every change.

  • Reports for your customers

Stock, on-time shipments and inventory discrepancies in Excel or PDF, ready to send.

Frequently asked questions

What business owners ask us before getting started.

Yes. We’re based in Irapuato, and we come to your warehouse, plant or office in Silao in person, inside or outside Puerto Interior. We’re two founders: Jonathan Perez leads design, product and sales, and Jair Chavez leads the backend (the part of the system you don’t see), infrastructure and security. On the visit, we walk the path your materials take: where they’re received, how they’re labeled, where they’re put away, how they’re picked and how the shipment leaves. That’s where you see the time and parts getting lost. Book the free consultation or message us on WhatsApp to set the date, and then you get a written proposal with the scope, the price of each stage and its dates. Follow-up reviews can happen at your warehouse or by video call.

Yes. According to Guanajuato Puerto Interior, the complex is home to 140 companies from 18 countries that create more than 30,000 direct jobs; it was started to strengthen the supply chain, especially for the auto industry, and about half of its capital is Japanese. And according to INEGI’s 2024 Economic Census, Silao has only 2.8% of the businesses in Guanajuato, but 7.5% of the state’s workforce and 12.1% of its value added, meaning what companies produce minus what they spend on inputs. The big plants already have their own systems. We work with the companies around them: suppliers, warehouses, carriers, workshops and service companies that need to answer them with the same precision. If you serve plants from other countries, how you present yourself matters too: for Ruta Tierra Adentro, a carrier for dry freight, refrigerated freight and last-mile delivery, we built a website in six languages, including Japanese, Chinese and German, that brought in leads from the first week.

Each location in your warehouse gets a label with its aisle, rack and level code. At receiving, you scan the material, record the lot, supplier and quantity, and put it away in a location. When it’s time to pick, the list tells you what to take and from where, starting with what came in first. Every transfer between locations is logged, and you can count by zone without shutting down the warehouse. If you store goods for other companies, each customer logs in to see their own stock and what has shipped. In Polymer, the system we built for Sumiplas, raw materials, supplies and finished goods all show real-time stock.

Yes, in minutes. The supplier’s lot is recorded when the material is received, each production order notes which lots it used, finished goods get their own lot, and each shipment records which lots it carried. From a rejected part, you can trace back to the raw material lot, and from that lot forward to every shipment that carried it, without digging through paper. Every change is logged with who made it and when. It’s the same approach as Polymer, the system we built for Sumiplas, a plastic bag factory that left Excel behind: following each order from raw material to delivery, in a system aligned with ISO 9001 and designed with a certified lead implementer.

Yes. Each supplier logs in, sees the purchase orders assigned to them, confirms quantities and dates, and uploads invoices or certificates, with no email chains. On the other side, your customers see their stock, shipments and documents, and request a shipment from there. Everyone sees the same status, so nobody has to ask. One example is TramitesLegalesMX: customers, distributors and suppliers see the same status for every order, each order reaches the right supplier on WhatsApp automatically, and every paid order keeps its trail even if a connection to another system fails.

It can work alongside what you already use. If you import temporarily under an IMMEX program, SAT, Mexico’s tax authority, requires an automated inventory control system, and Annex 24 of the General Foreign Trade Rules sets the minimum information it must hold: temporary import entries, materials used, returns and balances still pending return. If you already have a system for that, we don’t replace it: we connect your day-to-day inventory to it when that system allows it, so no import record (pedimento) gets entered twice. If you don’t have one yet, we look at what fits your case in the consultation and tell you honestly.

It depends on how much you want to cover. A single module, such as inventory by location or shipment records with proof of delivery, can start from about $5,000 MXN. A larger project, such as connected inventory, labels and lot traceability, from about $15,000 MXN. A complete system with a supplier or customer portal, shipments and reports, from about $25,000 MXN, paid in stages. Adjustments and support start at $400 MXN per hour. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation.

We solve urgent issues within hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. Large systems are delivered in stages, each with its date in writing, and your warehouse keeps running as usual in the meantime. We fix any defect you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery at no cost. You can also end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your data is always yours to export.
