Distribution management software: orders, deliveries and collections.

Orders that come in by WhatsApp, by phone or through your B2B portal (a website where your business customers order online) land in one system with each customer’s prices and credit. You see stock by warehouse, plan your deliveries and know who owes you, without piecing together notebooks and spreadsheets.

  • WhatsApp, phone and portal orders in one place
  • Prices and credit for each customer
  • Routes, deliveries and collections up to date

The problem

When your distribution business needs a system

If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.

  1. 01

Orders scattered across chats and calls

They get jotted down in a notebook or stay in WhatsApp, and some never make it to the warehouse.

  2. 02

    Prices and credit from memory

Each salesperson quotes a different price, and customers who already owe you keep getting orders on credit.

  3. 03

Deliveries and payments with no trail

You don’t know what was delivered, to whom or how much you’re owed until someone checks by hand.

What’s included

From order to collection, in one system

We build it around the way you already sell and deliver. We start with what’s most urgent, like orders or collections, and add the rest in stages. If you’re in Irapuato, León, Celaya, Querétaro or elsewhere in the Bajío, we’ll come see your warehouse and routes in person; anywhere else in Mexico, we’ll go over them by video call.

  • Orders from every channel

Whatever comes in by WhatsApp, by phone or through your B2B portal is entered once, with an order number and status.

  • Prices and credit per customer

Each customer has their own price list, discounts and credit limit. The system warns you before you ship to a customer who’s over their limit.

  • Stock by warehouse and branch

Each order reserves and deducts stock from the warehouse that fills it, and management sees the total.

  • Picking, routes and deliveries

Pick lists for the warehouse, orders grouped by route, and proof of delivery with a photo or signature from the driver’s phone.

  • Balances, collections and invoicing

Each customer’s balance and payments up to date, connected to your invoicing (CFDI, the electronic invoice required by SAT, Mexico’s tax authority) when your system allows it.

  • Reports by customer, product and salesperson

What sells, to whom, who sold it and what’s still unpaid, in Excel or PDF.

Frequently asked questions

What business owners ask us before getting started.

It depends on how many areas you want to cover. A single module, such as order entry or collections tracking, can start from about $5,000 MXN. Orders with customer pricing, inventory and routes start from about $15,000 MXN, and a complete system with a B2B portal, deliveries, collections and reports starts from about $25,000 MXN, paid in stages. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation.

Yes. Your customers can keep ordering by WhatsApp or by phone, and your team enters the order in the system with that customer’s prices already loaded. If we connect your WhatsApp, orders can go into the system on their own and your customers get automatic updates on their order status. Customers who prefer to order online use your B2B portal to browse your catalog at their prices, repeat past orders and check their balance. At TramitesLegalesMX, for example, orders reach the right provider over WhatsApp automatically.

The day’s orders are grouped by route or by driver, and the warehouse gets a pick list of what to load on each truck. Drivers see their stops on their phone and, at each one, record proof of delivery: a photo, the recipient’s signature, or the reason it couldn’t be delivered. From the office, you see what’s been delivered and what’s still pending, without calling anyone.

Each customer has a credit limit, payment terms and an up-to-date balance. The system warns you before you ship to anyone over their limit, and every payment is logged with its history, like customer balances on CelMex’s platform. We also connect it to your CFDI invoicing when your system allows it, so nothing gets entered twice. If you sell on credit, keep in mind what SAT, Mexico’s tax authority, says: an invoice that’s paid after it’s issued generally uses the PPD payment method (paid in installments or deferred), and the payments you receive are covered by a payment CFDI, commonly called a payment complement. That’s why it helps to link each payment to its invoice.

Urgent issues are solved in hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. A complete system for your distribution business is delivered in stages: the first covers what you need most, like orders or collections, and each stage has its date in writing in the proposal. Meanwhile, you keep selling as usual, and we move your customers, prices and balances over from Excel so nobody starts from scratch. Sumiplas, for example, left its Excel files behind and brought the information it already had into the new system.

We fix, at no cost, any defects you report within 60 calendar days of the delivery of each stage. You can also end the project at any time, paying only for the work done, and your customer, order, delivery and balance data is always yours: you can export it whenever you want.
