Yes. First we review its state: where it’s hosted, who has access and how up to date it is. Then we stabilize it and, if it makes sense, migrate it without a redesign, as we did for SpacePort MX. If an account can’t be recovered, we create a new one in your business’s name.
It depends on how often it changes. We agree with you on what to back up, how often and how to restore it, and we run restore tests, meaning we actually restore a copy to check that it works. That way you know the backup works before you need it.
With Moneta, our WordPress plugin, your images and files are stored on Amazon S3 or Cloudflare R2, which are cloud storage services, and your media library works the same as always. The files you already had keep working during the migration.
We fix, at no cost, defects you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery, meaning anything that doesn’t work as agreed. After that, fixes and improvements are handled as maintenance, and urgent issues are solved in hours. The warranty covers what we deliver; outages of third-party services, such as the hosting provider or an outside platform, aren’t included, though we help you resolve them.
Yes. Even if we host and maintain your website or system, your data is always yours, and you can request a full export at any time.
Support and maintenance start from $400 MXN per hour. A single automation, such as automatic backups or automatic publishing of new releases, can start from about $5,000 MXN. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation.
