Free consultation
We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
Custom software is a system built around how your company works, not a generic program you have to adapt to. For a contractor or maintenance company in Salamanca, that can mean numbered work orders, field reports with photos from a phone, maintenance schedules and the paperwork your clients ask for, all in one place. We’re based in Irapuato, on the same Highway 45 industrial corridor, and we come to your business in person.
The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
A technician fills out a paper form, someone types it into Excel days later, and the invoice goes out late.
Photos, signatures and notes from each job are scattered across chats, and nobody can find them when the client asks.
Each machine’s service dates live in someone’s head, and you find out one was missed when the machine breaks down.
Every client wants its own document package before letting your crew in or paying you, and you put it together by hand.
Hours, materials and travel costs never get matched against what you billed, so you can’t tell which contracts pay off.
What’s included
Whether you service the refinery, the power plant, the factories along the corridor or the farms around them, we build your system around how your office and your field crews work. We deliver it in stages, starting with what’s most urgent.
Each job with its client, equipment, assigned technician, date and status, from the request to the invoice.
Technicians fill out the report on site, with before-and-after photos, the recipient’s signature and the closing time.
Preventive maintenance by machine and by client, with a heads-up before each date so you can schedule your crew.
Staff certificates, contracts, insurance policies and permits with their expiration dates, ready to send to each client.
When a job is closed, the PDF report goes to your client on its own, and you get a warning about anything close to expiring.
Hours, materials and travel costs for each order against what you billed, so you know which clients and contracts pay off.
How we work
No commitment and no jargon. You get everything in writing before we start.

We build in stages, you review progress at every delivery and we keep improving the system with you.
What business owners ask us before getting started.
Yes. We’re based in Irapuato, on the same Highway 45 industrial corridor that runs to Salamanca, and we come to your office, workshop or warehouse in person. We’re two founders: Jonathan Perez leads design, product and sales, and Jair Chavez leads the backend (the part of the system you don’t see), infrastructure and security. On the visit, we follow one work order from start to finish: how the request comes in, who assigns it, what form the technician fills out on site and how many days it takes to become an invoice. If your crews work inside your clients’ facilities, we go over the forms and documents they’re asked for there. Book the free consultation or message us on WhatsApp to set the date. Then you get a written proposal with the scope, the price of each stage and its dates.
According to Salamanca’s Municipal Urban Development and Land Use Program, the Pemex refinery, running since 1950, was the main engine of the city’s industrial growth. The same program places the city’s two industrial parks on the Highway 45 corridor that links Salamanca and Irapuato, and half of the companies it identifies there are automotive. And according to INEGI’s 2024 Economic Census, Salamanca has 3.8% of the businesses in Guanajuato but generates 8.8% of the state’s value added, meaning what companies produce minus what they spend on inputs. If you provide maintenance, industrial cleaning, construction, transport or supplies to those plants, or you run an engineering firm, a workshop or a store, we build the system around the way you work.
The request comes in by phone, email or WhatsApp, and the office turns it into a numbered order with the client, equipment and assigned technician. The technician sees it on their phone, fills out the checklist on site, logs materials and hours, takes before-and-after photos and gets the recipient’s signature. If there’s no signal inside the plant, the report is saved on the phone and sent automatically once the connection is back, the same way Ventrack, our point-of-sale system, keeps ringing up sales without internet. When the order is closed, your client gets the PDF report and the office sees what’s left to invoice. We built something similar for Cleanly, which used to coordinate cleaning jobs across several cities in Guanajuato by phone and text: today it assigns staff from a dashboard, and every job is closed with before-and-after photos.
It helps you keep it organized and up to date. If you provide specialized services, Mexico’s Labor Ministry (STPS) requires you to be listed in REPSE, the registry of specialized service and construction providers, and to renew it every three years. IMSS, Mexico’s social security institute, also requires you to report every four months the contracts you sign with clients and the details of the workers you assign to them. The system keeps each contract with its client, assigned crew and dates, along with certificates, insurance policies and permits, and warns you before anything expires. That way you can pull together each client’s document package in minutes. It doesn’t replace your accountant or file anything for you: it keeps the information ready and in one place. Executive Engineers, an industrial consulting firm, now keeps its own files and each client’s files on its own platform, with security built to ISO 27001 standards.
Yes. Each piece of equipment at each client has its own plan: monthly, seasonal or every set number of operating hours. The system creates the orders ahead of time, warns you about next week’s jobs so you can schedule your crew, and keeps each machine’s history: what was done, which parts were replaced, who did it and the photos. That history matters when a failure keeps coming back or when your client audits your work, because every change is logged with who made it and when. It’s the same traceability we built into Polymer, Sumiplas’s production and inventory system, aligned with ISO 9001 and designed with a certified lead implementer.
That works too. According to the same municipal program, 48,320 hectares were planted in Salamanca in 2019, mostly barley, corn and sorghum. For growers, grain collection centers and farm suppliers, we build tracking by plot and by season, covering planting, field applications, harvest and costs; warehouse intake by grower, with weight and quality; and orders, deliveries and balances for each customer. Everything can be entered from a phone, in the field or at the scale, and reports come out in Excel or PDF.
It depends on how many processes you want to cover. A single module, such as work orders with phone reports or the maintenance calendar, can start from about $5,000 MXN. A larger project, such as connected work orders, maintenance and a document file, from about $15,000 MXN. A complete system with costs per contract, invoicing and reports, from about $25,000 MXN, paid in stages. Adjustments and support start at $400 MXN per hour. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation.
We solve urgent issues within hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. Large systems are delivered in stages, each with its date in writing, and the first stage covers what’s most urgent for you, such as work orders. We fix any defect you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery at no cost. You can also end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your data is always yours to export.
