One to two weeks, counted from when we have all your content: logo, text and images. “Your online presence” takes about a week, “Your site, active and visible” about a week and a half, and “Your online store” about two weeks. If you don’t have the text or photos yet, we help you prepare them; since we’re in Irapuato, we can go over them together at your business. Before launch, you see your complete site and ask for the changes you need, within your package’s rounds of revisions. We publish it once you approve it, and we fix for free any defect you report within 60 calendar days of launch.

Hosting, domain, security certificate, email, backups and maintenance are included for the first year after we launch your site. Before it ends, we tell you what renewing them costs, and you decide. The domain is yours: we give you control of it or transfer it to your account whenever you ask. If your store runs on Shopify, its plan and payment fees are on you from the start. Yes. Before launch, you get 1 round of revisions with “Your online presence” and 2 with the other packages; a round is one list of changes sent together. Once it’s live, we give you access to change text, photos, prices and hours yourself, without depending on anyone, and we show you how. If you need more changes later, adjustments start at $400 MXN per hour, and extra sections are quoted separately. If your business grows, you can move up to a bigger package by paying only the difference.

We make it easier for people to find you. Your Google Business profile is your business listing on Google and Google Maps, with your location, hours and phone number. Creating one is free; what “Your site, active and visible” and “Your online store” include is the work of setting it up properly alongside your website, plus SEO, a blog and tools to measure your visits. We don’t promise a specific ranking, because it depends on factors outside our control, but we leave your site and your listing ready to compete when someone searches for your line of business in Irapuato.

Yes. We’re based in Irapuato, so we usually meet the same week you reach out: we come to your business, see what you sell and how customers reach you today, and leave with a clear idea of which package fits. If you prefer, it can also be a video call booked from our scheduling page. Throughout the project, you deal directly with both founders on WhatsApp, and the person you talk to is the person who builds your site.
