Free consultation
We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
We build the app your business needs: so your customers can order, pay and track their order from their phone, so your field team can log visits, deliveries and proof of work, or so your counter keeps selling even when the internet goes down. It runs on iPhone, Android, the browser or a computer, and connects to the system you already use when that system allows it.

The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
Every order comes in by WhatsApp or phone, someone types it in again, and some never get filled.
Visits, deliveries and photos arrive at the end of the day, or never, and the office doesn’t know what happened at each stop.
At the register, in the warehouse or on the road, nothing can be recorded without a signal, so sales end up on paper.
Your software gets updated one computer at a time, and there’s always one left running an old version.
Each one carries a PDF price list and quotes prices or stock that have already changed.
You pay a subscription per user, and your team still fills the gaps with Excel and WhatsApp.
What’s included
First we look at what the app has to solve and who will use it: your customers, your team or your counter. Then we choose between a phone app, a web app that opens in the browser or a desktop program, and deliver it in stages so you can start using it as soon as possible. If you’re in Irapuato, León, Celaya, Querétaro or elsewhere in the Bajío, we meet in person; if not, by video call.
Your catalog, their orders, their payments and the status of every order on your customer’s phone, with your brand.
Routes, visits, deliveries, photos and signatures logged from a phone, and the office sees them right away.
The register takes payments with or without internet and syncs on its own when the signal returns, like Ventrack, our web and desktop point of sale.
Every new version reaches each computer on its own, with licenses and devices under control, as we did for GoatTool.
Orders, stock and customers come from the same place as your current system, with nothing entered twice, when that system allows it.
Everyone signs in with their own user and sees only what they need, with a log of every change.
In detail
All three can be combined and share the same information.
| Kind of app | What it’s for | When it makes sense |
|---|---|---|
| Phone app (iPhone and Android) | Your customers order, pay or track their order, and your field team logs its work, with photos and location. | When people will use it every day from their phone, or it has to work where the signal drops. |
| Web app | Opens in the browser on any phone or computer, with nothing to download. | When you want to reach many users quickly. Matilda takes online orders by location on a web platform we built for it. |
| Desktop program | Installed on the computer and works with what’s plugged into it, such as label printers or barcode scanners. | When your operation runs on the counter or workshop computer. Ventrack has a web and a desktop version and keeps selling offline; GoatTool’s desktop app updates itself with every release. |

Projects
In writing
That’s what our terms say · How we work
We fix, at no cost, anything that doesn’t work as agreed and that you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery.
You can ask us for a full export at any time, including when the project ends.
We use what you share about your business only for your project and, if you need it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before we start.
If you ask for something outside the proposal, we first tell you in writing how it changes the price and dates, and we only do it if you approve.
When each stage arrives, you review it and tell us anything that doesn’t match what we agreed. We fix that at no cost.
Let us know in writing and you pay only for the work done up to that day.
What business owners ask us before getting started.
Phone apps, for iPhone and Android; web apps, which open in the browser with nothing to download; and desktop programs. For a business, the three most common are the app where your customers order, pay and track their order; the one for your field team, to log visits, deliveries, photos and signatures; and the point of sale or counter program that has to keep working when the internet goes down. In the consultation we work out which one fits you, and if what you need isn’t an app but a web system or an automation, we tell you.
It depends on what it has to do, how many platforms you need it on (phone, web or desktop) and whether it connects to the systems you already use. That’s why we don’t publish a reference price: after the free consultation, you get your written proposal within 1 business day, with the scope, price and date of each stage. You pay in stages, not all up front, and the first stage covers what you need most.
We pick the technology for what your app needs, not the other way around. For phones, we build native iPhone apps in Swift and native Android apps, or a single app for both with Flutter or React Native. We also build web apps that run in any browser, and desktop programs for whichever platform your team uses. The proposal explains what we’ll use and why, without jargon.
Yes, if your operation needs it. It’s designed to store what gets entered offline and sync it when the signal returns. That’s how Ventrack, our point of sale, works: it keeps ringing up sales when the internet goes down, stores offline sales encrypted and syncs them when the connection returns. We settle it in the consultation, based on where it will be used: the register, the warehouse, the road or the field. You can see how it works on retail software.
Yes, within what each system allows. The app can read and save orders, stock and customers in the system you already use, so nobody enters anything twice, and connect to your invoicing (CFDI, Mexico’s electronic invoice) when your system allows it. If you don’t have a system behind it yet, we build it along with the app: see custom software and custom ERP.
GoatTool is a technical desktop tool with frequent releases. A standalone app didn’t solve its problem: accounts, licenses, updates, system requirements and devices all had to be coordinated. We built a desktop app that updates itself with every new release, a portal where each user sees their active licenses and devices and downloads the installer, and per-seat licenses tied to each device, with controlled expiry and transfers. See the GoatTool case study.
Both. We’re based in Irapuato and visit your company in person in Irapuato, León, Celaya, Salamanca, Silao, Guanajuato, Querétaro and Aguascalientes; with the rest of Mexico and other countries, we work by video call. Either way, you deal directly with the two founders, who are the ones designing and building your app.
We fix, at no cost, any defects you report within 60 calendar days of the delivery of each stage. You can also end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your data is always yours: you can export it whenever you want.
We’ll tell you what to fix first and what it would cost. We reply the same business day.
