We talk about your operation, in person in the Bajío region or by video call everywhere else, and identify what to fix first.
Retail software that keeps ringing up sales when the internet goes down, tracks inventory at every location and connects your online store and WhatsApp orders to the same stock. For shops, multi-location retailers, bakeries and businesses that sell online.

The problem
If any of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. The consultation is free.
Customers wait, or the sale gets written on paper and never makes it into the system.
To know what the other store has, someone has to call, and transfers are written down by hand.
Your online store and your WhatsApp can’t see the real stock at the counter.
Balances for customers who buy on credit are worked out by hand, and nobody is sure who owes what.
At closing, cash, card and transfer totals don’t add up, and you don’t know why.
Someone retypes every order from the chat, eyeballs the stock and one always goes unfilled.
What’s included
For the counter, we have Ventrack, our own point-of-sale system. If your business needs something different, such as orders by location, rewards or customer credit, we build it custom with inventory at the center. If you’re in Irapuato, León, Celaya, Salamanca or elsewhere in the Bajío, we’ll come to your store to see how you serve customers; if not, we’ll do it by video call.
Sells with or without internet. Registers, discounts, receipts and end-of-day counts, plus labels and barcodes from the register.
Stock at every store and warehouse, numbered transfers and receiving for supplier deliveries.
Your catalog online with up-to-date prices and stock, for delivery or pickup at the location your customer chooses.
You share your catalog, the order goes into the system, and your customer gets the confirmation and a message when it’s ready.
Each customer with a limit, a balance and their payments, and a warning before you sell on credit to someone who already owes you.
Best sellers, slow movers and what each register sold, in Excel or PDF.

Projects
What business owners ask us before getting started.
With Ventrack, our own point-of-sale system, you keep selling. Sales made offline are saved encrypted and sync on their own when the connection comes back, so inventory and reports catch up without anyone re-entering anything. Ventrack runs in the browser and as a desktop app, handles registers, customers, orders, discounts and receipts, and prints labels and barcodes. It’s a Nightly product, not a client’s system. If your store needs something a standard point of sale can’t do, we also build it custom.
It depends on what you need. A single module, such as customer credit or WhatsApp orders, can start from about $5,000 MXN. A point of sale with inventory by location, from about $15,000 MXN, and a complete system with registers, locations, an online store, credit and reports, from about $25,000 MXN, paid in stages. You get the exact price in writing after the free consultation. If you only want to sell online, the “Your online store” package has a fixed price: $17,999 MXN as a one-time payment, with a Shopify or WooCommerce store, online payments, and product and inventory management. Hosting, domain, security certificate, email, backups and maintenance are included for the first year; before it ends, we tell you what renewing them costs. A Shopify plan and payment fees, if any, are yours.
Each location has its own stock, and every sale is deducted from the store where it happened. When you send merchandise from one store to another, the transfer gets a number and the receiving store confirms it, so you know if anything went missing on the way. Supplier deliveries come in through receiving, and the system warns you when a product is running low at any store. From the office, you see the company total or the detail for each location without calling anyone. That’s how inventory works in Ventrack: traceable at every location, with stock movements, receiving and suppliers.
Yes, as long as everything comes from the same inventory. Your online store shows products with their real stock, and an online sale is deducted just like a sale at the counter. On WhatsApp, you share your catalog; the order goes into the system, the merchandise is set aside, and your customer gets the confirmation and a message when it’s ready, as long as they agreed to receive your messages. Selling online can still set you apart: according to INEGI’s 2024 Economic Census, commerce accounts for 44.6% of all establishments in Mexico, yet in 2023 only 4.9% of retail and wholesale businesses sold online.
Yes. Matilda, an artisan pastry shop with several locations, wanted to sell online without losing the warmth of its brand. Today its customers order online from the location they prefer, with time slots, for pickup or delivery; they earn points in the Club Matilda rewards program and send digital gift cards, a new source of revenue for the business. Orders, customers, products and locations show up in one dashboard. A bakery can also track what’s baked each day at each location and what’s left at closing, to plan the next day’s production better.
Yes. Each customer who buys on credit has a limit, a balance and a history of purchases and payments. At the register, the system warns you if the customer is over their limit, and every payment is logged with its date, its receipt and who took it. You see at a glance who owes you, how much and since when, and you can send payment reminders by WhatsApp or email. That way you retire the credit notebook, and balances no longer depend on the memory of whoever is at the counter.
Then also check our distribution management software page, under Solutions: it covers orders with prices and credit for each customer, delivery routes with proof of delivery, and collections. Many stores sell at the counter and wholesale at the same time, and one system can handle both channels with different price lists. If you also quote special orders, look at the Translate3D case: it went from selling by hand to an online store built for it, with a dashboard for inventory, tracked quotes and orders.
We solve urgent issues within hours, and most projects are ready in about a week. Large systems are delivered in stages, each with its date in writing, and meanwhile you keep selling as usual. We move your products, prices and customers over from Excel so nobody starts from scratch. We fix any defect you report within 60 calendar days of each delivery at no cost. You can end the project whenever you want, paying only for the work done, and your sales, customer and inventory data is always yours to export.
