How much does an ERP cost in Mexico? 2026 prices for Odoo, Bind, CONTPAQi and custom
We add up three years of Odoo, CONTPAQi, Aspel and Bind for 5, 10 and 20 users at the prices each one publishes, what the license leaves out and when a custom ERP makes sense.
An ERP is the system that brings sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting and other areas together in one place. To know what it will really cost you, the first month’s price isn’t enough: you need to add up three years of licenses for your real users, the implementation and whatever the vendor charges on top. Here we run those numbers for Odoo, CONTPAQi, Aspel and Bind.
How much does an ERP cost in Mexico in 2026?
We checked each vendor’s pricing page on October 5, 2026. This is how each one charges, in Mexican pesos before VAT:
- Odoo is rented per user per month. Billed yearly, the Standard plan costs $180 the first year and $228 after that; the Custom plan, which lets you adapt it to your process, $330 and $410. Every app, Accounting included, comes at that price.
- CONTPAQi sells annual licenses per system. Comercial Premium costs $10,490 with one user plus $2,590 per additional user, and renews at $9,790; Contabilidad (accounting) costs $4,590 for one company, with a $4,390 renewal.
- Aspel is paid by subscription. With the annual discount shown on its page, SAE costs $9,248 a year and COI, its accounting system, $4,081, with one user each. Additional SAE users are paid separately, at a price it doesn’t publish.
- Bind doesn’t publish its plan prices; it asks you to book a demo. The Profesional plan includes 4 users, and Total and Platino include 6. Each additional user costs $2,749 a year.
This table adds up licenses only, over three years, billed yearly, in Mexican pesos before VAT. It assumes the regular price stays the same in years two and three. It excludes implementation, data migration and hardware.

What the license leaves out
The license is only part of the cost. Ask about these items before you sign:
- Implementation. Setting up the system, moving your data and training your team. Odoo sells Success Packs from 4 to 200 hours, at $3,680 to $136,000 plus VAT for new customers. QUADIT, a company that implements Odoo in Mexico, lists packages from 10 hours for $10,000 up to 200 hours for $180,000, plus VAT. CONTPAQi’s price list doesn’t include installation or training; your reseller charges for them.
- Data migration. Moving your customers, products, stock and balances from Excel or your old system. Ask in writing which data gets moved, who checks it and how many hours it takes.
- Training and help. Bind includes training for the first 90 days and charges $1,100 plus VAT per hour for extra help. Siigo Aspel says implementation and training for its systems are free.
- Users who join later. As your team grows, every new person is paid for every year: $2,590 on CONTPAQi Comercial Premium, $2,749 on Bind and $228 a month on Odoo Standard.
- Invoicing (CFDI). Bind and Aspel SAE include unlimited invoice stamping, and CONTPAQi gives unlimited folios with its annual license. If your system doesn’t include it, stamping comes from a provider authorized by the SAT, Mexico’s tax authority, and is paid separately.
- Access from outside the office. CONTPAQi Comercial Premium and Aspel SAE install on a computer. To use them remotely, CONTPAQi offers Escritorio Virtual from $1,990 a month.
One example: add the 50-hour pack to 10 users on Odoo Custom and your first year goes from $39,600 to $77,680 plus VAT.
When does a custom ERP make sense?
An off-the-shelf ERP makes sense when your processes are the usual ones for your industry and your team can adapt to how the software works. A custom ERP makes sense when:
- The way you quote, produce or deliver is part of your edge, and you don’t want to change it to fit a product.
- You only need to solve two or three areas, such as inventory and production, and don’t want to rent a full ERP for every user.
- Many people enter a little data each, as on a shop floor, and paying a license per person gets expensive.
- You already use CONTPAQi, Aspel or Bind for accounting and want to build your operation around it, connected.
With us, a complete system starts from about $25,000 MXN and is paid in stages: the first one solves what’s most urgent, and your team uses it while we build the rest. If for now you only need one module, you can start from about $5,000 MXN. There’s no per-user license, but there is hosting and maintenance, which we agree on in writing. We send you the exact price in writing after the free consultation.
One example: Sumiplas, a plastic bag manufacturer, used to run on Excel. Today production, inventory, staff and customers live in a single system aligned with ISO 9001, and the team sees the progress of every order in real time.
If you’re torn between the two routes, read off-the-shelf ERP or custom software: how to decide. To see what drives the price of a system of your own, read how much custom software costs in Mexico.
How do you run the numbers for your company?
- Count everyone who will use the system, including your accountant.
- Ask for the three-year price in writing, with VAT: licenses, extra users, implementation and remote access.
- Ask for a custom proposal with the same scope, including hosting and maintenance.
- Compare both totals in the 3-year cost calculator.
If you’d like to run these numbers with someone who knows both sides, book a free consultation, in person around the Bajío region or by video call. If an off-the-shelf ERP suits you better, we’ll tell you.
Frequently asked questions

Odoo has a free plan for a single app, with unlimited users, in its cloud. When you install a second app, you move to the Standard plan and pay per user. There’s also Odoo Community, the edition you download and host yourself, which doesn’t include the Accounting app or support. If a single app solves your problem, use it.

No. Odoo, Bind, CONTPAQi and Aspel publish their prices before VAT (IVA), and that’s how we use them in this guide. To see what you’ll pay, add VAT, which is 16% in most of Mexico.
