## The challenge

In many hotels, front desk, housekeeping and maintenance coordinate through notebooks, spreadsheets and scattered messages. Knowing which room is available, still needs cleaning or needs a repair means asking several departments.

## What it solves

-   The status of every room, visible in real time
-   Reservations, arrivals and departures in the same system
-   Housekeeping and maintenance connected to the front desk
-   Payments, deposits and balances in each stay’s account

## What’s included

**Live 3D model.** A 3D view of the property showing occupancy, housekeeping and maintenance. Each room opens its information and available actions.

**Reservations and front desk.** Nightly availability, a room calendar, guest registration, check-in and check-out.

**Housekeeping from a phone.** The supervisor assigns rooms and each housekeeper checks tasks, records progress and reports problems from their phone.

**Maintenance.** Reports with photos and repair tracking. Rooms can be blocked while a problem is being resolved.

**Guest accounts and payments.** Nights, extras, discounts, payments and deposits in the same account, with receipts and cash closeouts for each receptionist.

**Multiple hotels and teams.** One organization can manage several properties, with users and permissions for each hotel.
